Both ladies, who are moms themselves, decided to combine forces when they realized they could add an incredible value to a parents' fitness experience. Move it Momma Fitness Studio offers four rooms of interactive, age appropriate, educational childcare while their parents get an excellent workout with inspiring, professional instructors. Move it Momma Fitness Studio has a variety of classes for adults and kids including Body Pump, Turbo Kick, dance fitness classes, Pilates/yoga classes, Zumba, and high-intensity cardio classes.
