With today's awesome deal from CrossFit, you'll start noticing a change in your body right away. During their "Love to Lift" bootcamp, you will tone your muscles and get looser jeans. The class is Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6:15 a.m., but don't let the early morning wake up call intimidate you - you'll feel so good after it is all done! You'll have a blast making new friends and burning those pesky pounds off before the holidays!

You will use CrossFit methodologies to run, jump, and use your own body weight along with some resistance training in constantly varied, moderately intense workouts. The result is a lean and toned body and a new outlook on fitness. No matter what your fitness level, CrossFit coaches will help you scale the workouts to ensure that no one is ever left behind. You don't need to be in good shape to get started. You just need to show up with a good attitude and give it your all. CrossFit's goal is functional fitness.
