SPX is a fusion of Pliates, cardio, and strength training designed by celebrity trainer Sebastian Lagree to strengthen, tighten, tone, and elongate the body quickly and safely. It gets results faster than traditional Pilates or strength training can alone. Using a Megaformer™, a modified Pilates reformer, the classes are quick — 50 minutes — and are designed to be tough.
