Jason and Erin Hayes are moving forward with a new dining experience in San Clemente: The Next Door. Here, the bar and kitchen will offer an extensive selection of American fusion cuisine made with all-fresh ingredients – such as a bacon sirloin burger (made with beef that is ground by hand!), skillet mac n’ cheese and avocado Brie bruschetta – and domestic or imported draft beers, and 20 red and white wines. There's VIP bottle service and a VIP booth, and you can dance the night away and get a five-star meal.
