• Black out dates: May 27-29 and July 3-7
• Check in at 4pm; check out at 11am
• Weekday voucher requires taxes of $20 plus cleaning fee of $145 paid at time of booking reservation
• Weekend voucher requires taxes of $52 plus cleaning fee of $145 paid at time of booking reservation
• Reservations are confirmed when taxes/cleaning fees are paid and rental agreement is returned to Pacific Properties
