Fun Zone Boat Company began offering speed boat rides, boat rental, paddle board rentals, and Harbor tours of Newport Beach, California Harbor and Bay in 1948. They still operate seven days a week from the same location. Vessels depart on the hour from the Harbor Cruise boat docks adjacent to the Balboa Ferry.
