Increase your speed and agility with a three-day fitness camp that teaches the fundamentals for improving quickness, speed and agility. Train with certified coaches to finally meet your fitness goals.
What you need to know:
- Youth Camp (Ages 8-11) is February 18, 20, 22 from 9-10:30am
- Competitive Camp (Ages 12-14) is February 18, 20, 22 from 10-11:30am
- Elite Camp (Ages 15+) is February 18, 20, 22 from 10:30-12pm
- Limit 1 voucher per athlete
- All athletes must be signed up by Friday, February 15, 2013 to assure spot in the class
- Must sign waiver
- Valid only at Newport Mesa location
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice
- Velocity Newport-Mesa is offering a special discount on 3-month membership to all paid participants; details provided at camp
