No matter how hard you work in the gym doing the same routine over and over only encourages plateauing. CrossFit training uses a variety of techniques to constantly change what your body is doing. Keeping your muscles surprised means that you are getting the most out of your workout.

The variety in the training and group dynamic is also perfect for people that hate the gym or get easily bored. Clients will start with one Beginner Skills Class to learn the basic movements and methodology of CrossFit. This skill training reduces the risk of injury and allows every client to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional trainer. Then participants can jump right in and attend as many classes as they dare.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Limit 20 people per class
  • If classes are full you may have to wait for an opening
  • There will be 2-3 Plum District Member classes offered daily
  • May purchase two vouchers for friends
  • In order to begin your unlimited month of training, you must first complete your Introductory Skills Class, Register here
  • Must register online using the Plum District Intro Skills class
  • Skills classes will be available on Tuesdays at 6:15p.m. or Saturdays at 9:00a.m.
