• All visits must be consecutive; must be activated and completed with 90 days of purchase
• Childcare option includes two hours of childcare for one child up to 12 years of age 
• One child per purchase; additional child may be added at $8 per hour
• First visit must be between 9am-8pm for registration purposes

• Additional services available at the non-member rate
• Purchasers must follow member guidelines on club usage and child supervision
• Personal Training and lessons available for an additional fee
• Not valid to former members who have cancelled their membership within 60 days of this offer or to anyone who has had a Renaissance ClubSport membership revoked or suspended for any reason
