Your little ones sure can make big scenes ... tell us all about it! While their theatrics at home are pretty hilarious, they're probably a bit stage-shy. (That spotlight can be intimidating and a bit scary, even for adults!) For kids ages 4-7, classes are on Sat, 10-11am - use your voucher to sign your child up for two separate weeks. For kids ages 8-15, classes are on Sat, 11:45am-1:30pm - use your voucher to sign your child up for one introductory class. Their teacher, Kia, has an experienced, intimate understanding of how to draw the best out of your young actor. Want your kid to have a blast and explore their unique talents? Kia Riddick-Taylor worked as a casting director and manager of talent for Nickelodeon and The N Networks for 10 years. She cast shows like "Dora The Explorer" and "Little Bill," oversaw casting initiatives for shows like "Beyond The Break" and "South Of Nowhere," and booked celebrities, shows and events like Miracle's Boys, O'Grady, Kids Choice Awards, and Nickelodeon's "Let's Just Play" initiative.
She opened StarCatcher Productions in 2006 with a focus on teaching for Film and TV. Her students excel in an environment where they are fostered, nurtured, and challenged to find truth and deliver an organic performance. Her students can be seen on a variety of commercials, film, and TV shows, including Lifetime's hit TV show "Army Wives."
