Personal trainer Kasey will have you looking and feeling your best in no time at all. With today's offer, you can choose to whip your booty into shape during one of her intense (and fun!) bootcamps or one-on-one personal training sessions. Bootcamps run Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.at the Roxborough Track or Lloyd Hall. Bootcamp at each location are two or five week sessions. The three one hour one-on-one personal training sessions are held at one of two locations: Goals at Main Street or Goals on Mitchell Street. Kasey's bootcamps are for all levels of fitness. She trains beginners all the way to marathon runners and it’s a great way to stay motivated, have fun, and shed the extra weight. Personal training sessions are tailored to your fitness needs and is another great way to transform yourself!
Kasey Manwaring is the founder of Goals Fitness in Roxborough and "Quick Fix Bootcamp." She has been a lifelong athlete and spent the last ten years becoming a competitive distance runner. She is a perennial top finisher in the Philadelphia Marathon. Kasey founded Goals in 2008 to help people to train to reach their maximum fitness potential in a personalized setting. Her group fitness classes have become wildly popular in the Manayunk area and Goals continues to expand and grow throughout Philadelphia.
