When the Portland Aquarium opens to the public on December 15th (and Members on the 10th), you can sea for yourself what all the excitement is about! Make your best fishy face for your meet and greet with hammerhead sharks, stingrays, vibrant tropical fish, slimy frogs, starfish and many more aquatic friends. The Portland Aquarium includes hammerhead sharks, stingrays, star fish, anemones, clams, sea urchins, jellyfish and more! A cold water tank hosts fish found off the Oregon Coast and warm water tanks and tide pools are brimming with tropical fish, and there is a rainforest room with tree frogs and exotic birds. The Portland Aquarium is a hands-on educational experience that provides ample opportunity to interact with marine animals!
