Activities
The kids were stunned with the Olympic divers this summer, and are now itching to jump into the pool. Luckily with San Diego’s year round summer weather, you don’t have to wait until next year to give them a jump start on their own aquatic dreams. Allow San Diego State Divers, an official AAU Club team, to teach children ages 8-14 during the fall season and get them aching for gold before Rio’s games!
Hosted on the weekends at either the Del Norte High School or San Diego State Aquaplex, the state-of-the-art facilities will enable complete growth during these two, hour long introductory diving lessons. Students will learn how to leave the diving board safetly, enter the water, and understand basic training procedures for a competition. From learning to swim in deep water to simple baby jumps at the side of the pool, before long your little one will be doing rotations from the high dive. Give them the techniques to succeed from an early age, and book these introductory classes from Division-1 collegiate athlets today!
