Stroller Strides is a nationally recognized workout program for Mamas that brings the baby to class! Stroller Strides sessions are hosted outdoors and let you bring the little ones in the stroller, as you push, build strength and lose that baby weight along with other Moms! Classes engage the kids with sing-a-long songs, while you work at getting back into your skinny jeans with core exercises, strength building and more. Fun and playful instructors get you excited about working out again, and introduce you to a tight community of like-minded Moms who not only work out together, and also enjoy fun get-togethers!
