SD Ladies Fit Camp is here to help you bounce back to great shape. Today's deal gets you 16 50-minute group fitness classes (a 4-week program) plus a personalized nutrition plan for maximized results and wellbeing. Have fun working up a sweat in a supportive, positive environment with classes led by Tricia, who's a certified personal trainer and a mom herself!
Sessions are offered 4 days a week at 8:15am and 9:15am, and will focus on cardio and resistance training to build long, lean muscle. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and you can even bring your children along to play independently on the playground. Here's to a healthier you in 2013!

As a mom, she knows that finding the time to workout can seem impossible, and so she formed SD Ladies Fit Camp to present an opportunity for women and mothers interested in reaching new levels of fitness and health. Tricia will show you great ways to improve your body, and make it as easy as possible to incorporate fitness into your life!
