The Kettlebell Gym offers workout classes using both the kettlebell and TRX Suspension Training. Kettlebell training uses the entire body for virtually every movement pattern, enhancing strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination. TRX Suspension Training is great for anyone just starting to workout to those who have been working out for years.
