For $10, your kid (ages 3-13) will receive a haircut and three strands of hair tinsel (for a fun and sparkly touch). For $15, you (mom) can enjoy a hair conditioning treatment to restore your hair to a shinier, more healthy state; or for $30, you can receive a cut and blow dry.
