Designed for all levels and abilities, Stroller Strides group classes provide fun and playful activities with your child in tow while you reach your fitness goals, building a tight community of likeminded moms to motivate each other with every stride! After a 5-minute warm up, a 45-minute power walk and toning stations will get your heart pumping, then wrap up your hour class with 10-minutes of ab exercises and stretching. You'll rediscover how fun exercise is, and break a bit of a sweat. Now that's one giant stride for woman-kind.
Stroller Strides is giving women across the country the "Strength for Motherhood." Choose between Fit4Baby, a prenatal class, and Stroller Strides, the popular mommy and me class. All Stroller Strides class locations offer free Plum Mom's Group, which are playgroups for mom and baby. Not only are the classes great for mom, but they are also enriching and fun for the children.
