Hot yoga classes open your joints, calm your brain, and give you stronger muscles through a series of fluid asanas. If you are new to this kind of yoga, don’t be afraid of the “b-word.” Bikram hot yoga will stretch and loosen your muscles and oxygenate the blood to 100% of your body.

Bikram Yoga Seacliff is a clean and serene green yoga studio in the Richmond District. Yoga classes are scheduled every two hours for your convenience. With 47 classes a week, seven days a week, you can do yoga based on your own schedule. All teachers are Bikram and CPR certified, and classes last for 90 minutes.
