The restaurant is owned by Raj and Sonal Abhyanker, both of whom who have had a passion for fine crepes and sandwiches for more than a decade. Sonal perfected crepe making by learning from the best creperies in France, including in towns of Rennes and Saint Malo in the Brittany region of France, the place where crepes firs originated hundreds of years ago.
