Let's face it, nerds are the new cool kids (see: Mark Zuckerberg, Biz Stone, Bill Gates, and every other "under 30 millionaire"), So why not encourage your child's inner science geek with an amazing summer camp from Destination Science - Sammamish.
Robots, rockets, physics, chemistry, energy, and inventions; Oh My! These camps are perfect for the inquisitive kiddo who loves to explore, engage, and figure out how things work (like when she took apart your hair dryer!). Camps will include new projects, fun group games, and energetic instructors, all in a safe neighborhood location. Destination Science introduces campers to science in their own world and teaches them to see things around them differently.
Your child can have up to four exciting weeks of hands-on scientific adventure from 9am to 3:30pm, with extended hours available for an additional fee. Classes consist of roughly 14 kids ages 5-11, who are grouped by grade.
Time to experiment with an awesome summer camp that will spark your mini-Einstein's interest in science, or fan the flames. Good news for you, bad news for your hair dryer!
