The Frederick Keys minor league baseball team is the Advanced 'A' affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Keys are based in Frederick, Maryland. Many of your favorite Orioles have played here in recent years, such as: Nick Markakis, Brian Roberts, Matt Wieters, Brian Matusz, Nolan Reimold & Brad Bergesen The Frederick Keys came to Frederick in 1989, and in their short history have won four Carolina League Championships (1990, 2005, 2007 & 2011). Key's home games are played at Harry Grove Stadium, located in the heart of Frederick, Maryland. The team mascot is a coyote known as Keyote, who is present at all Keys games and is available for pictures or to sign autographs.
