Is getting into running (or back into it) on your goal list this year? How about supporting meaningful causes?
If so, participate in Jeremy's Run! It's a 10k on Memorial Day in memory of a young man who passed away due to complications with drug addiction. In memory of Jeremy and others who have also fought this battle, the run benefits the Partnership at Drugfree.org, the Kolmac Foundation, and The Family Support Center's middle and high school program "Dying to Get High."
There will be free T-shirts, a raffle, a DJ, food, free massages, a kid's zone with a moon bounce and face painting, and a wellness fair. This is a great goal to give yourself! Do it for Jeremy, and do it for you!

This is the 4th year for Jeremy's Run and the run has just grown and grown. Taking place every year on Memorial Day, it's a nice way to get outdoors, be involved with the community, and support a worthy cause
