Dr. Stephen Kay is a native of Washington, D.C., and selected as one of Washingtonian's Top Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Kay is a graduate of Cornell University Medical College and trained in General Surgery at the New York Hospital. He did his residency in plastic surgery at the University of Miami and was selected for the prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Paul Tessier in Paris, France. Dr. Kay is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
